Anthropic Claude introductory training
The Anthropic Claude introductory training is designed for companies that want to give their people a shared understanding of what Claude can do and when to reach for each of its features.
We work through Claude’s main techniques and features in one coherent flow, so that participants leave with a clear sense of what each one is for: choosing a model and a thinking mode, files, web search, Research, Memory, instructions, Projects, Artifacts, Skills, data analysis and connectors.

- What the effort level changes, and when more thinking is worth it
- When to use Extended Thinking, and when an ordinary answer is enough
- Uploading and analysing documents, spreadsheets, images and other files
- Web search, for finding and verifying up-to-date public information
- Research, for more complex multi-step investigation with sources you can check
- Memory and search across earlier conversations: what Claude remembers, and how to manage it
- Account-wide instructions, styles, and project-specific instructions
- Projects, for keeping the context and files of a recurring topic, client or workflow together
- Artifacts as a separate workspace for producing documents, visualisations and interactive content
- Analysing and visualising CSV/XLSX and other data
- Creating and editing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files with Claude
- Building a personal Skill to standardise a recurring task - a hands-on group exercise
- Connectors and plugins: how Claude can work with your company’s other tools and data sources
- Cowork and scheduled tasks as a concept, and connecting up company knowledge sources
