Quality assurance principles

These are the principles by which Tehisintellekt OÜ assures and improves the quality of its continuing education courses - from curriculum design through to post-course feedback.

1. Curriculum quality

Curricula are developed from the participants’ needs and focus on achieving concrete, measurable learning outcomes. The content of each course is adapted to the particulars and expectations of its audience, so that it stays relevant and practically useful.

2. Trainer quality

Courses are delivered by experienced trainers with both thorough professional preparation and practical working experience in their field. They are able to give theoretical and practical guidance alike, in support of participants’ professional development.

3. Learning environment

Courses use current, learning-oriented environments suited to both online and on-site delivery. The environment is chosen to match the content and the goals of the course, so that participants have a comfortable and effective place to learn.

4. Feedback during a course

Feedback is collected from participants as the course runs, which surfaces possible improvements while the course is still under way. That makes quick adjustments possible where they are needed, and keeps the process effective.

5. Feedback at the end of a course

At the end of every course we collect electronic feedback covering the organisation, the content, the learning environment and the trainer’s work. Feedback is the main instrument for assessing and improving quality, so the responses are analysed carefully together with the trainers.

6. Acting on what we learn

The feedback we receive drives the changes and improvements made to future courses. Our aim is to keep improving the quality of our training and to offer learning experiences that create value and support development.
