ERP system chatbot for Selver employees

Problem

ERP systems (enterprise resource planning systems) are often complex, leading to many questions from users. Unfortunately, finding answers in the system documentation is difficult and time-consuming. As a result, users often turn directly to an ERP specialist.

Solution

We created a chatbot that quickly answers questions regarding the use of the ERP system. To make the instructions easier for the user to understand, we added images of the system. This made following step-by-step instructions even more convenient for the user.

Value

Since finding and understanding information has been made very simple for the system user, fewer support requests reach specialists. ERP system specialists have more time to focus on other tasks.
