Comprehensive ChatGPT training

The aim of the training is to give participants the skills to apply generative AI tools independently and consciously in their own work, and to bring about a lasting change in the organisation.

You will learn how generative AI works, its limitations and security risks, and practise using ChatGPT to solve research tasks by giving clear instructions and assessing how reliable the sources are. You will learn how to standardise recurring data and document tasks by defining their inputs, outputs and quality criteria and turning them into a reusable GPT.

You will gain the skills to create a ChatGPT project that brings together the necessary instructions and sources, and to build an automatically updated context hub for it with validation rules and human approval steps. You will then practise building and testing an agentic workflow with ChatGPT and Codex that uses the project context, plugins and scheduled actions to complete a task in a controlled way from start to finish.

By the end of the training you can assess the reliability and business impact of the AI solution you have built and draw up a plan for rolling it out, assigning responsibility and developing it further.

  • Length 50 academic hours: 27 contact hours, most of which is practical work, and 23 hours of independent work; seven training days over up to 3 months
  • Format Held on site in our modern training room (Jalgpalli 1, Tallinn)
  • Curriculum group Information and communication technologies, computer use
  • Group 5-15 participants. If fewer than 5 register, we offer a new date or refund the full amount.
  • Audience The training is intended for specialists and managers who want to use ChatGPT systematically in their everyday work and simplify recurring tasks with it.
  • Entry requirements Basic computer skills, your own laptop and a paid ChatGPT account (Plus, Business or Enterprise). No previous AI experience is required.
  • Teaching methods The training is practical: theory alternates with exercises that participants do using examples from their own work. Between the training days there are 23 academic hours of independent work, in which participants apply what they have learned in their own work.
  • Learning environment and materials The training room is on the 4th floor and has a large TV screen, Wi-Fi and workstations for up to 15 participants. Participants use their own laptop and ChatGPT account. Exercise files, sample instructions and slides are shared during the training.

  1. A certificate is issued to a learner who has attended at least 80% of the contact hours and passed the assessment. A learner who does not take or does not pass the assessment, or who discontinues the course, receives a confirmation of participation. Assessment is based on active participation in the on-site sessions (pass / fail).

Requirements for completing the course

A certificate is issued to a learner who has attended at least 80% of the contact hours and passed the assessment. Learning outcomes

What you'll be able to do:

  1. explain how generative AI works, its limitations and security risks, choose a suitable way of working with ChatGPT for a task, give an instruction with enough context and check the result before using it;

  2. frame a research task, use ChatGPT web search and deep research, assess the reliability of sources and turn verified information into reusable context;

  3. standardise a recurring document or data task by defining its inputs, output template and style and quality criteria, and turn it into a reusable GPT or skill;

  4. create a ChatGPT project, gather the necessary instructions, files and sources in it and map one workflow, separating the responsibilities of AI, automation and people;

  5. build an automatically updated context hub for their workflow, with sources of truth, update and validation rules, a change log and human approval steps;

  6. build an agentic workflow with ChatGPT and Codex that uses the project context, skills and scheduled actions, assess its reliability and business impact, and draw up a plan for rolling it out.

The course takes place at our Tallinn office

A modern environment built for learning awaits you. Every participant has their own comfortable workspace and a clear view of the screen, for the best possible learning experience.
