Mari Helen Štarkov

Mari Helen is a data analysis expert who helps managers and employees simplify data workflows using AI. She teaches how to make daily decisions based on data and how to solve Excel challenges without waiting for help from an analyst.

In her training, Mari Helen focuses on using AI for data analysis:

• Interpreting data with AI
• Building Excel formulas and troubleshooting errors with AI support
• Cleaning data in Excel and Power Query using AI
• Drafting and understanding Power BI DAX formulas with AI
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries with the help of an AI assistant

Mari Helen has been heading the Data and Analytics Department at Alexela AS since 2024, responsible for both management and daily data analysis. At Telia, she worked for three years in various roles from quality analyst to process manager, focusing on streamlining IT processes and finding analytical solutions. At Deloitte, she gained experience in auditing and verifying financial documents.

Mari Helen graduated from TalTech in Information Systems Analysis and Design and holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Tartu. She has conducted practical workshops on Tableau and Power BI and has completed advanced training in data science and artificial intelligence.
