Practical and in-depth ChatGPT AI training for managers
The aim of the training is to give managers from different organisations the knowledge and practical skills to shape their field’s expertise into a managed, company-specific knowledge base and to build a ChatGPT workspace on top of it. The resulting workspace supports the manager in everyday management, analysis and decision-making tasks.
Practical work centres on one management process in the participant’s area of responsibility where a good decision depends on pulling together information from several sources. Around this process the participant builds a complete solution that reduces manual work, keeps the information needed for decisions up to date and makes recurring tasks less dependent on individual people’s memory and personal habits.
Throughout the programme the participant develops the same solution step by step until it becomes a controlled, reusable ChatGPT workspace. The workspace relies on the organisation’s trusted sources, follows an agreed working logic and presents results in a form that suits the manager and can be used right away. Once the quality and reliability of the workflow have been checked, suitable steps can be automated, while important decisions and approvals remain the manager’s responsibility.
By the end of the training every participant has a knowledge base tailored to their organisation and field, and a working ChatGPT workspace. The solution can be used reliably, managed systematically and later extended to other processes or areas.

Learning outcomes
What you'll be able to do:
draw up a governance model for their field’s knowledge base that defines the business purpose, users, permitted information, owners and the questions that remain for a person to decide;
build a context system based on sources of truth that collects and updates the necessary information, keeps a history of changes and helps detect outdated or conflicting data;
shape a ChatGPT Project into a management workspace for their field that uses the organisation’s knowledge base and helps carry out recurring analysis and decision tasks with a consistent working logic;
build and test an agentic workflow that uses the knowledge base and carries out the agreed work steps automatically.
The course takes place at our Tallinn office
A modern environment built for learning awaits you. Every participant has their own comfortable workspace and a clear view of the screen, for the best possible learning experience.

We started to see where AI could actually be of help.
Even though AI has existed for over a decade, it's only now becoming a mainstream tool. We were aware of it, but our use was sporadic and, at times, skeptical. The greatest value of working with Eneli and her team was that we began to see where AI could truly help us and how to use this tool to achieve various goals. This journey is just beginning, but we can confidently say that our entire team is now on this accelerating train, rather than waiting on the platform. It's a good feeling because the next train won't be coming anytime soon.
