Comprehensive ChatGPT training
The aim of the training is to give participants in-depth knowledge and practical skills in using generative AI tools to solve a range of tasks and to build solutions that fit their needs. The training is taught in Russian.
You will learn to use ChatGPT projects, web search and deep research to gather information and analyse work processes. You will learn to separate the roles of people and AI and to choose the tasks whose automation creates value. You will gain practical skills in ChatGPT Work, including building skills, using connected apps, working in the browser and with files, and setting up scheduled tasks. You will also practise producing documents and visual materials, and cleaning up and analysing Excel data.
You will also learn to build scripts and technical prototypes with Codex and vibe coding to solve practical problems. You will work with project files, write AGENTS.md project instructions, and build and test skills. You will practise combining what ChatGPT and Codex can do into an end-to-end workflow that helps you handle real work tasks.
By the end of the training you can build, test and assess AI-based solutions on your own, taking their reliability and business value into account. You can use these skills in a wide range of roles and fields, and in your own personal projects.

A certificate is issued to a learner who has attended at least 80% of the contact hours and passed the assessment. A learner who does not take or does not pass the assessment, or who discontinues the course, receives a confirmation of participation. Assessment is based on active participation in the on-site sessions (pass / fail).

Up to 80% may be covered by Töötukassa
For a training programme of at least 50 academic hours, an employer can apply to Töötukassa for training support. Eligibility and the rate depend on the company and the employee. The application has to be submitted before the training starts.
Learning outcomes
What you'll be able to do:

use ChatGPT to clean up and analyse data in Excel files, build formulas and calculations, and visualise the results;
use Codex to work with project files, write AGENTS.md project instructions, and build and test skills with the instructions and scripts they need;
build and test technical prototypes that solve a problem from their own work, using Codex and vibe coding;
combine what they have learned in ChatGPT and Codex into an end-to-end workflow, test the solution on real work tasks, and assess its reliability and business value.
