Eneli Eljand
CEO
Eneli is the CEO of Tehisintellekt OÜ and a business analyst-trainer who helps organizations implement AI into daily workflows. She combines her background in ERP system implementation with deep knowledge of AI tools to provide solutions that enable companies to work smarter and more efficiently.

In her sessions, Eneli focuses on boosting marketing and workflow efficiency through AI:
- Mastering AI fundamentals and in-depth tool knowledge
- Content creation and automation for sales and marketing
- Generating and optimizing content for Google Ads and SEO
- Creating visual content using AI tools
Eneli has been a small business owner since 2013, managing marketing and business processes for several companies. From 2018 to 2024, she worked at Avatud Lahendused OÜ as a consultant, trainer, and business analyst, implementing ERP systems for manufacturing and retail firms. Her clients included Silen, Avaeksperdid, and Eltech Solutions. Since 2024, she has been leading Tehisintellekt OÜ.
Eneli's journey in AI began as a prompter in custom development projects. Today, her primary focus is on training. She believes that organizations gain the most value when they understand AI tools in depth.
Mihkel Sepp
Head of Development
Mihkel is an IT manager with a production background, who helps companies by creating cost-effective, optimal, and truly functional modern solutions. He is fascinated by tasks where complex processes can be simplified and automated so that no one has to do dull, boring, and pointless work anymore. Mihkel's solutions help managers engage teams in using artificial intelligence and modern solutions.

In his trainings, he focuses on the possibilities of AI in supporting strategic management and planning:
- data analysis and background research
- information gathering from complex or legal sources
- sales process optimization
Mihkel was the E-business and IT Manager at Rahva Raamat. Before that, as a business development manager, he helped establish Indrek Neivelt's startup Respiray.
He has assisted an investment bank in acquiring a manufacturing company for tractor trailers and log loaders.
Mihkel is a product developer and production engineer with a higher education, a certified export sales manager from an international school, and a certified IT manager.
Anna Borovikova
HR Partner
Anna is a specialist with a management and HR background who helps leaders implement artificial intelligence in recruitment, sales, and marketing.

In her trainings, she focuses on AI application areas in marketing, sales, and recruitment:
- creating and managing marketing campaigns with AI
- making recruitment more efficient
- optimizing sales processes with artificial intelligence tools
- analyzing, comparing contracts, and drafting contract clauses using AI solutions
For the past four years, Anna has been involved in marketing, team management, and recruitment in the IT sector as a team leader. As the owner of AV CreativeLab OÜ, she daily manages advertising campaigns and offers recruitment services. Previously, she worked in the telecommunications sector, where she led a 30-member sales team. Her main responsibilities included team leadership, developing work processes, and preparing sales forecasts.
Anna continuously enhances her skills in the fields of internet marketing and data analysis.
Martin Meitern
Consultant & Trainer
Martin is an expert in strategic management and communication. He helps leaders, advisors, and consultants integrate AI into strategic tasks. He is particularly passionate about using practical tools to bring structure and clarity to complex analytical challenges.

In training sessions, he focuses on AI's role in supporting strategic management and planning:
- Performing data analysis and background research
- Gathering information from complex or legal sources
- Improving the efficiency of the sales process
Martin led the development of the University of Tartu's new strategic plan. Before that, he served as the Head of Strategic Communication at the UT Institute of Genomics, where he managed reputation and advised leadership on the strategic plan, health policy, and crisis communication.
He has worked as a communication consultant at the Akkadian agency, developing PR and communication strategies and employer branding solutions for clients such as Uber, IIZI, R-Kiosk, the Health Insurance Fund, Apotheka, and others.
Martin is a PhD student in Media and Communication and a reserve officer.
Birgit Rootsi
Consultant & Trainer
Birgit has over ten years of experience in marketing and communication. She has worked both in private healthcare and in a communication agency serving large clients. As a trainer, she helps leaders apply AI tools that speed up organisational, analytical and content creation processes and support the achievement of strategic goals.

In training sessions, Birgit focuses on using artificial intelligence to improve everyday work:
- simplifying the manager's workflow and supporting teamwork
- planning and implementing development processes
- developing brand messages and creating communication strategies
- planning marketing campaigns and analysing their performance with the help of AI
- creating content for different channels (social media, newsletters, press releases, blogs)
Birgit led the marketing and communication team at Meliva Estonia for more than seven years. During her time there, the company grew from three clinics to twenty-three, becoming the largest private healthcare service provider in Estonia. Before that, she worked as a strategic communication consultant at the agency Miltton New Nordics, where she advised clients on developing and implementing communication strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Good Deed Foundation, where she advised social enterprises and NGOs on strategic planning, impact assessment and organisational development.
As a former debater and a member of the board of the Estonian Debating Society, Birgit has supported the development of debate education in schools, organised debate tournaments and camps, and managed partnerships.
Mari Helen Štarkov
Trainer
Mari Helen is a data analysis expert who helps managers and employees simplify data workflows using AI. She teaches how to make daily decisions based on data and how to solve Excel challenges without waiting for help from an analyst.

In her training, Mari Helen focuses on using AI for data analysis:
- Interpreting data with AI
- Building Excel formulas and troubleshooting errors with AI support
- Cleaning data in Excel and Power Query using AI
- Drafting and understanding Power BI DAX formulas with AI
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries with the help of an AI assistant
Mari Helen has been heading the Data and Analytics Department at Alexela AS since 2024, responsible for both management and daily data analysis. At Telia, she worked for three years in various roles from quality analyst to process manager, focusing on streamlining IT processes and finding analytical solutions. At Deloitte, she gained experience in auditing and verifying financial documents.
Mari Helen graduated from TalTech in Information Systems Analysis and Design and holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Tartu. She has conducted practical workshops on Tableau and Power BI and has completed advanced training in data science and artificial intelligence.
Kristjan Eljand
Business Analyst & Trainer
Kristjan is an AI expert who has spent over 15 years leading the development and implementation of AI solutions. He helps leaders understand the core principles of AI and advises companies on commissioning custom, business-specific solutions.

In training sessions, Kristjan simplifies complex topics for everyone to understand:

Kristjan is developing an AI-based investment analysis platform at RYTM Technology. At Andmeteadus OÜ and Tehisintellekt OÜ, he has created custom generative AI solutions tailored to specific business needs. At Eesti Energia, he served as a technology scout, leading the EnefitGPT project and organizing an international energy forecasting competition with 2,731 teams from 110 countries. As the CEO of STACC, he was responsible for the strategic development of Estonia's leading AI competence center.
Kristjan's journey in artificial intelligence began in 2010 when Excel became insufficient for analyzing big data. He has developed AI solutions for bus schedule forecasting, energy consumption optimization, and manufacturing defect detection.
