We're looking for a consultant-trainer to join our team
We're looking for someone with strong consulting or training experience who can spot bottlenecks in business processes.
You don't need to be an AI expert today, but we expect a desire to thoroughly master this rapidly evolving field and the ability to find smart solutions for automating clients' business processes and improving efficiency.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous work experience as a trainer or consultant
- Ability to understand business processes and find smart solutions
- Interest in staying up to date with AI and large language model (LLM) developments
- Ability to be impactful in front of large audiences
- Excellent Estonian and English language skills
- Good systematic approach and accuracy in your work
Nice to have:
- Technical aptitude
- Previous experience in the software world
- Change management experience
- Ability to see beyond the stated task
