    Eneli has been a small business owner since 2013, managing marketing and business processes for several companies. From 2018 to 2024, she worked at Avatud Lahendused O\u00dc as a consultant, trainer, and business analyst, implementing ERP systems for manufacturing and retail firms.           Birgit led the marketing and communication team at Meliva Estonia for more than seven years. During her time there, the company grew from three clinics to twenty-three, becoming the largest private healthcare service provider in Estonia. Before that, she worked as a strategic communication consultant at the agency Miltton New Nordics, where she advised clients on developing and implementing communication strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Good Deed Foundation, where she advised social enterprises and NGOs on strategic planning, impact assessment and organisational development.
