We developed a chatbot that uses existing support guides to provide instant answers to user questions. Users no longer have to search through massive amounts of information themselves or wait for feedback from support. The chatbot responds quickly and references the location in the guide, allowing the user to read further if desired.
In addition, we developed a system for the University of Tartu that analyzes user questions and answers by topic. This real-time report allows the IT support team to see which topics need more explanation, simplification, or additional content.
The support staff’s time is freed up from answering repetitive inquiries and calls. IT support identifies which topics need clarification, simplification, or content updates.
